These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at CDFIntelligence.com and the digital products, including the guide titled Blueprint of Community Capital — Decoding CDFI Loan Funds for Lenders (the "Guide"), offered by Think & Giggle LLC ("Think & Giggle," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or purchasing the Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CDFIntelligence publishes underwriting resources and intelligence products for lenders, investors, and other professionals working with Community Development Financial Institutions. The current offering is the Guide, a digital PDF made available for purchase.
All purchases of the Guide are processed by Gumroad, our third-party payment and fulfillment processor. Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction in addition to ours. After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Each PDF is digitally watermarked and traceable to the purchasing email address.
All sales final. Refund granted at our discretion within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at the address in Section 12.
Your use of the Guide is governed by our License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Among other restrictions, the License is granted to a single individual purchaser and prohibits redistribution, company-wide sharing, AI training use, and the creation of derivative works.

The Guide, including all text, tables, frameworks, and graphics, is owned by Think & Giggle LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The site's design, logos, and branding are likewise the property of Think & Giggle LLC. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in these Terms and the License Agreement.
The Guide is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, accounting, regulatory, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before relying on any information in the Guide for a specific decision. The Guide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think & Giggle LLC's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Guide shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide. In no event shall Think & Giggle LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Guide shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or the Guide after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to the site or the Guide at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or the License Agreement.
