License Agreement

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of the digital guide titled Blueprint of Community Capital — Decoding CDFI Loan Funds for Lenders (the "Guide"), published by Think & Giggle LLC ("Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing the Guide, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by this License.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, read, and use one (1) copy of the Guide for your own personal or internal professional purposes. The License is granted to a single named individual — the person identified by the email address used to purchase the Guide.

2. Restrictions

You may not, and you may not permit any third party to:

• Redistribute or share the Guide. The License is single-user. One licensed copy may not be distributed to colleagues, posted on an internal portal or shared drive, attached to an email distribution, or otherwise shared. Each individual who needs access must purchase their own license.
• Use the Guide on a company-wide basis. Purchasing a single copy does not entitle a firm, department, or team to use the Guide collectively. Organizations that require multi-seat access should contact us for institutional licensing at the address in Section 8.
• Use the Guide to train artificial intelligence. You may not use the Guide, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground, retrieve from, or otherwise contribute to any machine learning model, large language model, or similar system.
• Post excerpts publicly. You may quote a brief passage of no more than one paragraph for purposes of review or commentary, provided you include attribution to Think & Giggle LLC and a link to CDFIntelligence.com. Larger excerpts, screenshots of multiple pages, or republication of frameworks, tables, or structures from the Guide is prohibited.
• Create derivative works. You may not adapt, modify, translate, or create training programs, courses, consulting frameworks, marketing materials, or any other derivative work based in whole or in part on the Guide.
• Resell or sublicense. The Guide and any portion of it may not be resold, sublicensed, rented, leased, or otherwise transferred for value.
• Remove watermarks or attributions. Each PDF is digitally watermarked with the purchasing email address. You may not remove, alter, obscure, or attempt to bypass the watermark or any copyright notice, attribution, or trademark.
• Extract content programmatically. You may not use automated tools to extract content from the Guide for republication or for any other purpose prohibited by this License.

3. Watermarking & Enforcement

Each PDF copy of the Guide is digitally watermarked with the purchasing email address. The watermark exists to enforce this License. If a watermarked copy is found to have been distributed in violation of this License, Licensor reserves the right to revoke the License, pursue legal remedies, and notify the watermarked individual's employer where appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

The Guide and all content within it, including all text, frameworks, tables, structures, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Think & Giggle LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in this License.

5. Updates

From time to time, Licensor may release updated versions of the Guide. Licensees in good standing will be eligible to receive updates at no additional charge for as long as Licensor continues to maintain the Guide. Updates are subject to the same License.

6. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Guide and destroy all copies in your possession or control. Sections 2 (Restrictions), 4 (Intellectual Property), and 7 (Governing Law) survive termination.

7. Governing Law & Venue

This License is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this License shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
