This Privacy Policy describes how Think & Giggle LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit CDFIntelligence.com or purchase the guide titled Blueprint of Community Capital — Decoding CDFI Loan Funds for Lenders (the "Guide"). By using the site or purchasing the Guide, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the site and fulfill purchases:

• Information you provide via the "Free for CDFIs" form. If you submit the form requesting complimentary access for a certified CDFI, we collect your full name, work email, and job title.
• Information collected by Gumroad at checkout. All paid purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment information, billing details, and email address. We receive a record of the transaction (purchaser email, amount, product purchased) but we do not see or store your payment card information. Gumroad's privacy practices are governed by Gumroad's own privacy policy.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we retain your message and our reply.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to "Free for CDFIs" requests and verify CDFI affiliation.
• To fulfill paid purchases and deliver the Guide.
• To notify licensees of updates to the Guide.
• To respond to your questions.
• To detect, investigate, and address license violations or fraud.

3. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not currently use cookies, web beacons, or analytics tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and disclose the providers used.

4. Third Parties We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Gumroad — for payment processing and fulfillment of purchases.
• Email service providers — to send and receive correspondence.
